The product that you have purchased has been manufactured with real leather/ suede, using carefully selected materials processed only using natural methods; any apparent imperfections are actually unique natural features of the leather/ suede. Each detail and all finishings are guaranteed by high quality control standards of the EU-government. We only collaborate with organizations that are audited against LWG standards. All products are handmade by Spanish craftsmanship.

In order to safeguard the product’s original quality, please do not expose it to heat and/or humidity sources. If it gets wet, dry it immediately with a soft, neutral cloth and let it dry in a well-ventilated place. The leather can be stained by exposure to water, oils or cosmetics. To prevent changes in colour, please avoid prolonged exposure to intense light.

Some leathers can absorb colour, therefore do not keep them in contact with other materials. Suede may release some colour as a result of its processing. In order to remove or clean it, do not wet the product, but use a dry and soft-bristle brush.

When not in use, please keep the product in the protective bag supplied, and do not leave the product in contact with other leathers/ or plastic covered bags. If required, fill the heels with paper so as to help to conserve and maintain its shape.
